Brown Butter Cookie
Just Add:
- Homemade(ish) dry mix packet (included
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- Brown Sugar Packet (included)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
2. Add dry cookie mix + brown sugar packet to a mixing bowl.
3. Mix in wet ingredients (egg & browned melted butter*; make sure butter is warm but not hot) using a fork or spatula.
4. Scoop the dough into balls (1 tablespoon each).
5. Place the balls 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for about 8 minutes (ish); the cookies should still be soft in the center
Once cooled a bit, use our glitter packet to add a little sparkle to your baked goods.

*How to brown your butter (in a few minutes): In a pan, add your butter over medium heat and swirl it occasionally to melt the butter evenly. As the butter melts, it will foam and sizzle, and the color will change from yellow to tan to brown. Turn the heat off, and you got brown butter!
