All sales are final
Homemade-ish does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Our cookie mix is food and our Baking School is a digital course, so once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, email hello@homemadeish.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will review it and send a replacement or refund your original payment method. Nothing needs to be sent back. Claims reported more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Homemade-ish Baking School
The Baking School is a digital product and your first lessons open the moment you enroll, so all sales are final and non-refundable.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Orders placed on TikTok Shop
Orders placed through our TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's buyer protection. Food items are non-returnable there too, and damaged, incorrect or missing items are handled through your TikTok order.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will go back to your original form of payment. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.
