Shipping policy

Shipping and Return Policy:

No Returns or Cancellations
Given the perishable nature of our products, Homemade Ish Corp does not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once processed.

Reporting Damages or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or with missing items, please contact us within seven days of delivery to report the issue. Claims must be submitted via email to [email address]. We regret that we cannot process claims for damages or missing items reported more than one week after delivery.

Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped based on the shipping option you selected during checkout. Please note that any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a guarantee. While we aim to ship orders as promptly as possible, we are not responsible for delays or early deliveries, and we reserve the right to ship orders in multiple installments if necessary. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Each shipment is carefully packed to maintain freshness, but please be aware that these products have a limited shelf life. It’s your responsibility to store and use the items promptly after receiving them. Upon delivery, please inspect your package to ensure everything is sealed and in good condition. If you are not home when your order is delivered, the package may be left at your doorstep.
