Shipping policy
Shipping information
Your order will ship using the option you choose at checkout, and most orders ship within 24 hours. Any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for carrier delays or early deliveries, and we may ship orders in more than one package if needed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you are not home when your order is delivered, the package may be left at your door. Please store your products as directed once they arrive.
No returns
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, email hello@homemadeish.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our Refund policy for details.
Responsibility for delivery issues
Homemade-ish is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Delivery problems caused by the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Issues caused by rerouting a package after it ships.
- Product issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
